Shipping and Delivery Policy


1. Where does www.ecoworks.co.in deliver?

We deliver our products across India.

2. Delivery Time

The orders are normally shipped within 2 working days from the date of the order placed and delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Orders received after 4 pm on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. We have to use ground shipping which takes longer because the contents contain liquids.

3. International Orders

Currently, we cannot process international orders. You can contact us at info@ecoworks.co.in to find out how to get our products in the country of your residence.

4. Shipping Charges

Currently, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 35 per 500 gms. For each additional 500 gms of weight, Rs. 35 will be added (rate is subject to change from time to time).

The total charges for your order are based on the actual weight and dimensions of your order, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping, and you will have a chance to confirm or decline your order.

5. Additional Charges State Taxes

As per certain state laws, especially in Mumbai, Octroi charges are applicable at the rate of 5.5% plus service tax.

6. COD Charges

There is a flat charge of Rs. 50 per order for Cash on Delivery payment option.

7. Track your Package

Once the order is dispatched from our end, the AWB number and courier’s website tracking details are mailed to the customer.

8. Non-Receipt of Package

If the tracking information indicates the product has been delivered, please check with other members at home or neighbors. You can contact our customer care team at 022 4023 6733 or shipping@ecoworks.co.in (Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 6:00PM, Saturday, 10:00AM - 5:00PM IST)

9. Returned/ Undelivered Packages

If the tracking information indicates the package is returned back to origin (due to various reasons such as incorrect delivery address), then the shipment will be sent again after confirming the address with the customer and shipping charges will re-apply.
