As long as the shipment has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service team on telephone 022 4023 6733 (Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 6:00PM, and on Saturday 10:00 AM - 5.00 PM IST) or by mailing us email@example.com
If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won't be able to cancel the order. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items through courier, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service team. This should be reported on the same day of receipt of the parcel.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.
Products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return or exchange. The ultimate discretion to process a return is ours.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. We also do not refund the transaction fee & related taxes for the order.
